This full-time private kindergarten is built to provincial standards and located in Zengcheng District Guangzhou. The location is convenient adjacent to Zengcheng Economic Development Zone to the east Country Garden Phoenix City to the west Guangzhou East Transportation Hub Center to the south and Yongning Street Government Affairs Center to the north. The school covers a building area of 8707 square meters and an outdoor area of 9000 square meters. Position Overview
The English Homeroom Teacher will lead a class of young learners delivering daily instruction in English while fostering a warm supportive and engaging classroom environment. This role works closely with Chinese co-teachers and teaching assistants to implement a balanced early years program.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
1-hour lunch break
Class Structure
Maximum 25 students per class
Ages 3 to 6 years old
Teaching team per class:
o English Homeroom Teacher
o Chinese Homeroom Teacher
o Teaching Assistant
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver daily English lessons and activities aligned with the kindergartens theme-based curriculum
Create a safe positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports young learners social and emotional development
Assess and document student progress providing regular feedback to parents and school leadership
Collaborate with Chinese co-teachers and teaching assistants to integrate English learning across daily routines and subjects
Participate in school events parent meetings and professional development sessions as required
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education English or a related field
TEFL TESOL CELTA or equivalent teaching certification (120 hours minimum)
Native or near-native English proficiency
Minimum 1 year of teaching experience with young learners (ages 3-6) preferred
Clean criminal record and ability to obtain a valid work visa for China

Salary: 22000 - 28000 RMB per month (based on experience and qualifications)
Housing allowance of 3000 RMB per month or provided apartment
Flight allowance up to 8000 RMB upon contract completion
