Requirements
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Open to Infectious Disease or Addiction Medicine with recent primary care experience
Active or eligible for Ohio medical license
Several years of clinical experience with leadership or mentorship background
Experience working with complex or underserved populations preferred
Comfortable managing high-acuity patients
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
