Compensation: $25.00 $35.00 per hour (Based on experience)

We are a tight-knit team of 15 professionals currently expanding our footprint into new industrial builds and commercial projects. We are licensed in GA FL AL NC SC and LA offering a stable environment with a massive pipeline of work and opportunities for those who enjoy the occasional travel to out-of-state projects.
The Opportunity
We are currently looking for two experienced Lead Electricians to take the reins on major projects. This is not a clipboard position; we are looking for working foremen who lead by example. You will be the primary on-site leader for crews of 2 5 people ensuring quality safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Execute: Serve as the on-site Lead for hospital renovations new industrial builds and commercial projects.
- Specialized Electrical Work: Install switchgear panels and roofing conduit. Handle everything from complex healthcare systems to residential meter and panel service.
- Cross-Trained Expertise: Run test punch down and terminate low-voltage data (Cat 6 fiber optics).
- Mentorship: Directly supervise and train a crew of 2 5 electricians and apprentices.
- Strategic Growth: Assist with project site walks and provide insights that support our estimating team.
What Were Looking For
- Deep Experience: 15 years of electrical experience is ideal. If you have 12 years but have spent a significant portion of that time in a Foreman or Lead role we want to talk to you.
- Work Ethic: You are a working lead who isnt afraid to get your hands dirty alongside your team.
- Technical Skill: Proficient in both high-voltage electrical and low-voltage data/fiber.
- Reliability: We value professionals who show up on time and take pride in their work.
- Mobility: Must have a clean MVR and be willing to travel to various job sites (mostly within a 30-mile radius of Atlanta with optional out-of-state opportunities).
Requirements
- Pass a Drug Screen and Background Check.
- Valid Drivers License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Ability to start within the next 2 to 4 weeks (Project begins early May).
