Fairview Hospital Great Barrington MA is looking for a Locum Pediatrician/Family Medicine provider to join their team!
Critical Access Hospital
Practice Setting: Inpatient Nursery
Reason for Coverage: Retirement of one provider
Dates of Coverage: flexible need is 1 weekend per month Friday 7pm-Monday 7am
Select Rate Type Options: 24 Hour Call
Schedule: 7am-7pm 7pm-7am
Patient Population for Required Coverage: Pediatric
Will Other Hospitalists be Present During Locums Coverage There is an adult medicine hospitalist
Average Number of Patients Per Day - ADMISSIONS: 0.33
Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT: 1
Will the Locum Physician Respond to In-House Codes: if there is a resuscitation post delivery

Will the Locum be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers No
Documentation System/EMR: Meditech
REQUIRED PROCEDURES/DUTIES:
- Non-Invasive Vent Management (bipap/cpap)
- Intubation (ETT/INT)
- Newborn Resuscitation
- Newborn Care (>2000 gms)
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3-months
Requirement description :
Board Certified- Pediatrics or Family Practice REQUIRED
Active MA License PREFERRED
NRP REQUIRED

Weekend Requirements : Yes
