Job Summary
Wellestablished Central Texas construction and infrastructure organization is seeking a Controller ready for visibility impact and growth. This is a promotable hybrid role ideal for an Austinbased finance professional who wants to balance strategic leadership with handson accounting in a stable expanding industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet P&L reports)
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX
- Support budgeting forecasting and financial strategy
- Conduct and support internal and external audits
- Partner crossfunctionally to strengthen financial controls and processes
- Work closely with executive leadership reporting directly to the CFO
Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule (Austin area required; 23 days onsite)
- Fulltime salaried position
- Occasional overtime and company events

Requirements
Qualifications
- CPA required
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 5 years of experience (public accounting preferred)
- Strong analytical organizational and Excel skills
- Detailoriented professional and collaborative
- Ability to manage priorities independently and meet deadlines
- Interest in upward mobility and longterm growth
