Wellestablished Central Texas construction and infrastructure organization is seeking a Controller ready for visibility impact and growth. This is a promotable hybrid role ideal for an Austinbased finance professional who wants to balance strategic leadership with handson accounting in a stable expanding industry.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet P&L reports)
Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX
Support budgeting forecasting and financial strategy
Conduct and support internal and external audits
Partner crossfunctionally to strengthen financial controls and processes
Work closely with executive leadership reporting directly to the CFO
Work Environment
Hybrid schedule (Austin area required; 23 days onsite)
Fulltime salaried position
Occasional overtime and company events

Qualifications
CPA required
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
5 years of experience (public accounting preferred)
Strong analytical organizational and Excel skills
Detailoriented professional and collaborative
