As the Executive Assistant to the CEO you will play a critical role in supporting a fast-moving high-impact leader across multiple businesses including Back Office Betties a fast-growing company that provides virtual receptionist and legal assistant services to law firms nationwide.
This is a part-time role (approximately 10 hours per week) with 90% remote work and occasional in-person support (errands local assistance) in the Buda/Kyle TX area.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment anticipates needs before they arise and enjoys being deeply embedded in both the professional and personal operations of a CEO.
What Youll Do:
Strategic & Operational Support
- Sit in on Sales & Marketing meetings and track key metrics (virtual 60-minute meetings Wednesdays at 2pm CST)
- Maintain and update Sales & Marketing scorecards (e.g. published PR articles completed events)
Executive & Personal Assistance
- Manage the CEOs business and personal calendar with precision
- Coordinate travel events and scheduling across multiple businesses
- Manage the CEOs personal finances including making purchases and paying bills
- Support day-to-day personal logistics (errands 12x/month home office organization etc.)
Communications
- Prioritize delegate and respond to emails with strong judgment and professionalism
- Serve as a gatekeeper to protect the CEOs time and focus
PR Events & External Commitments
- Manage PR-related tasks including tracking published articles and coordinating opportunities
- Identify and register the CEO for relevant events while confidently declining low-value requests
- Ensure the CEO is fully prepped for speaking engagements and external commitments
Marketing & Business Support
- Support multiple businesses with organization tracking and execution of priorities
- Help prep presentations and materials as needed
