Overview:
Lead end-to-end execution of automation and intralogistics projects ensuring systems are delivered on time within budget and optimized for performance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Manage full project lifecycle from design through implementation and go-live
Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource plans
Coordinate engineering controls installation and client teams
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
Oversee commissioning and ensure successful system hand-off
Track KPIs and ensure contractual and operational commitments are met
Requirements
Qualifications:
510 years managing automation or capital equipment projects
Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in distribution fulfillment or industrial environments
Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP preferred)
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management Supply Chain or related field preferred
Equivalent project experience accepted
Certifications (Highly Valued):
PMP (Project Management Professional)
Lean / Six Sigma
Location: Remote or based at client sites depending on project requirements.
