Construction Project Manager

Were seeking a Construction Project Manager to support one of our highly regarded clients delivering multifamily construction projects. This organization is known for its strong preconstruction discipline organized project execution and ability to consistently deliver quality builds. Youll join a team that values accountability collaboration and leaders who take full ownership of their projects.

Objective
Lead construction projects from preconstruction through completion ensuring alignment across planning cost control and execution while maintaining strong communication between field and office teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects ensuring schedule cost and scope objectives are met
  
• Oversee RFIs submittals and project documentation to maintain clarity and progress
  
• Utilize Procore and Timberline to track project performance costs and reporting
  
• Lead preconstruction efforts including budgeting scope development and subcontractor engagement
  
• Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to drive execution and resolve issues
  

• Qualifications
  
• Experience working with a General Contractor on construction projects
  
• Background managing multifamily construction projects
  
• Strong proficiency in Procore for project management and documentation
  
• Experience with Timberline or similar cost management software
  
• Knowledge of estimating processes and preconstruction planning
  
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools
  
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities
  
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
