What You Will Be Doing - Lead and manage tenant interior construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Oversee project planning budgeting scheduling and execution
- Mentor and develop junior Project Managers and APMs improving team capability
- Act as a bridge to free up sales/leadership teams to focus on business development
- Manage client relationships ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate with subcontractors vendors architects and internal stakeholders
- Utilize tools like Procore Sage Intacct and Microsoft Suite for project tracking and reporting
- Monitor project performance ensuring adherence to cost schedule and quality standards
- Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Experience You Will Need - 7–12 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong background in tenant interiors / commercial interiors projects
- Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end (budget schedule execution)
- Experience mentoring or managing junior PMs or project teams
- Proficiency with Procore Sage Intacct and Microsoft tools (Excel Project etc.)
- Strong communication and client-facing experience
- Experience working with general contractors or similar environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field (preferred)
