Job Description
What You Will Be Doing
Lead and manage tenant interior construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Oversee project planning budgeting scheduling and execution
Mentor and develop junior Project Managers and APMs improving team capability
Act as a bridge to free up sales/leadership teams to focus on business development
Manage client relationships ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
Coordinate with subcontractors vendors architects and internal stakeholders
Utilize tools like Procore Sage Intacct and Microsoft Suite for project tracking and reporting
Monitor project performance ensuring adherence to cost schedule and quality standards
Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Experience You Will Need
7–12 years of experience in construction project management
Strong background in tenant interiors / commercial interiors projects
Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end (budget schedule execution)
Experience mentoring or managing junior PMs or project teams
Proficiency with Procore Sage Intacct and Microsoft tools (Excel Project etc.)
Strong communication and client-facing experience
Experience working with general contractors or similar environments
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field (preferred)
