Job Description

What you will be doing:

Manage and expand an existing portable book of business (minimum $500K required)
Serve as lead counsel on complex real estate matters and transactions
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive continued revenue growth
Collaborate with other partners and practice groups across offices
Provide strategic legal advice on leasing transactions and real estate disputes
Support firm growth initiatives through business development efforts

Experience you will need:

Current Partner-level attorney with an established practice
Minimum $500K portable book of business (required)
Industrial leasing (New Jersey focus required)
Commercial real estate transactions
NYC condo/co-op law (litigation experience preferred)
Proven track record of client development and revenue generation
Strong negotiation communication and leadership skills
Licensed and in good standing in relevant jurisdiction(s)
