A leading law firm is seeking a talented mid-level Real Estate Associate with 4 6 years of commercial real estate experience to join its New York office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a broad range of commercial real estate transactions and related matters.
  • Draft review and negotiate transaction documents and agreements.
  • Conduct legal analysis and provide strategic guidance on complex real estate issues.
  • Manage deal processes and coordinate with clients lenders opposing counsel and other stakeholders.
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to client relationship growth.
  • Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on high-value transactions.

Requirements:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • 4 6 years of general commercial real estate experience at a law firm.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
  • Excellent drafting writing and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound business judgment.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and project management abilities.
