This role is a strong fit for a serviceoriented IT professional who enjoys handson work enduser support and solving daytoday technical challenges.

A Day in the Life as an IT Support Specialist:

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing frontline technical support to ensure reliable secure and efficient use of enduser technology across the Credit Union. This role supports desktop systems hardware and applications while delivering responsive service to employee technical support requests and troubleshooting issues.

we are looking for:

One to three (13) years of experience in IT support desktop support help desk or a related technical role.

Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments preferred.

Schedule:

Monday- Friday 8 AM-5 PM

Rotating Saturdays 8:30 AM-1PM

Salary Range:

$29.96-$33.29 per hour
