Job Summary

Our client a global publisher and developer of mobile games and apps is seeking a qualified candidate to join their firm
  • IMC Planning: Propose targets develop and implement IMC plans/campaigns (including product launches) aligned with business priorities brand and customer needs; work with product KOLs and community teams to deliver results.
  • IMC Execution: Manage execution of IMC mix including content marketing (website copywriting art direction video production influencer activities); optimize and repurpose content across social media channels.
  • Campaign Management: Drive product/campaign awareness and engagement; manage brand media channels; ensure campaigns are on time and within budget.
  • Marketing Analytics: Use analytics to measure campaign success improve brand awareness and apply learnings to future launches.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience with proven records in end-to-end IMC Marketing
  • Background: Bachelors degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience
  • Gaming Passion: Demonstrated ability to play and thoroughly understand the gameplay mechanics of a midcore/hardcore game
  • Project Management & Stakeholder Management: Proven excellence in managing complex projects including critical paths risk logs and asset QA; strong ability to align and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Product Creative and Legal teams.
  • Creative Vision & Execution: Demonstrated ability to independently originate communication/action concepts with clear end-states build work-back plans and lead cross-functional teams to successful delivery.
  • Marketing & Brand Metrics: Strong understanding of communications marketing and brand performance metrics (e.g. reach SOV ER CTR CVR revenue/ROAS brand health)
  • Problem-Solving: Highly logical and analytical thinker with a curious mindset constantly exploring and applying industry best practices.
  • Deliver results in high-pressure environment: Proven ability to manage tasks in an organized manner and consistently deliver results under pressure.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication/presentation /negotiation skills
  • Language: Equivalent 6.5 IETLTS in English
  • Data Proficiency: Comfortable working with data including funnel math lift tests and interpreting basic dashboards to inform decisions is a nice-to-have thing
