Job Summary

English required (native or bilingual)

Were looking for an entry level IT Support Technician with excellent English communication whos ready to start or grow their career in IT. Youll provide first level technical support and work closely with international teams in a fast paced tech driven environment.

Requirements

What Youll Do


  • Provide first level IT support for hardware software and network issues
  • Help users with password resets software installs and updates
  • Set up and support laptops desktops printers and mobile devices
  • Support users in person and remotely (chat email remote tools)
  • Track IT equipment software and licenses
  • Document support tickets and solutions
  • Escalate complex issues when needed
  • Follow IT security and data protection policies

Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Windows 10 and 11 and basic macOS support
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook Teams OneDrive SharePoint)
  • Basic networking (IP DNS DHCP)
  • Active Directory basics (users and password resets)
  • Remote tools (TeamViewer AnyDesk RDP)
  • Ticketing systems like Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Support for printers and peripherals

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of IT support or help desk experience
  • Technical degree certification or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Customer focused and team oriented
  • English fluency is required
