Job Summary
- Help the project manager with administrative duties and processes
- Schedule meetings and keep minutes
- Break down the project into doable tasks and estimate the duration
- Assist with planning from start to finish of the project
- Prepare and distribute project materials
- Implement policies and procedures
- Prepare and maintain project budgets including labor materials equipment and services
- Perform cost analysis estimating expected costs for the project
- Provide detailed progress reports to project managers and stakeholders
- Using CAD or other design software to create detailed MEP system plans and diagrams
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in building engineering
- 3-4 years experience A minimum of 3 years of industry knowledge may be strongly desired
- Advanced knowledge of drafting software including AutoCAD
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project
- Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time
- Knowledge of construction costs and time frames
