We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operational Manager to lead the daily operations of our wellness and aesthetics center in Sangotedo Ajah Lagos. This role is critical to ensuring seamless service delivery operational efficiency and exceptional client experiences. The Operational Manager will play a key role in driving business growth by optimizing processes managing staff performance and maintaining high standards across all departments. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the wellness and aesthetics center
- Ensure smooth workflow and coordination across all departments
- Manage staff scheduling performance evaluations and compliance with operational standards
- Monitor inventory levels supply chain efficiency and operational expenditures
- Develop implement and refine operational processes to enhance productivity and service quality
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure consistent client satisfaction
- Prepare detailed operational reports and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management preferably within wellness aesthetics or healthcare services
- Strong leadership organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively and work independently with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail and a professional client-focused mindset
- Proficiency in basic business tools and reporting software (e.g. Excel Google Workspace)
