Job Summary

About Company: Our client is a leading Civil Engineering and Construction firm in Nigeria.

The company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support its Executive Directors and drive operational efficiency. This role will provide direct support to the Executive Directors particularly in technical assessments project coordination and administrative execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in construction excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support to the Executive Directors ensuring seamless execution of their schedules and responsibilities.
Assist in technical assessments and provide operational and analytical support on projects.
Take on and interpret technical briefs ensuring clear understanding and proper execution.
Follow up on assignments deliverables and ongoing projects to ensure timely completion.
Liaise with managers project teams and other personnel working closely with the Executive Directors.
Support in quantity estimating and basic cost analysis for construction projects.
Prepare technical reports meeting notes and documentation as required.
Track project progress and provide updates or insights to support decision-making.
Ensure proper documentation filing and communication flow across teams.


Requirements

Key Requirements
Bachelors degree (.) in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
25 years experience in a construction or related industry role.
Strong technical reasoning and understanding of construction processes.
Experience in quantity estimation and cost-related analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Excellent technical report writing and note-taking skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.


Benefits

Compensation: Basic Pay is N400k N500k monthly net other benefits
