Role Overview:
You will lead the sales and marketing strategy across both the companys agricultural products and resort offerings driving market expansion and revenue growth. The candidate will be working with the Lagos sales office while also visiting the Ota Office intermittetnyl for briefings and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for products
Expand into modern trade distributor networks and franchise channels
Drive revenue growth across both business lines
Lead innovative sales and marketing initiatives
Manage and optimize overall commercial performance
Requirements
35 years experience in FMCG sales/marketing
Strong experience with distribution and market expansion
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Commercially driven with strong strategic thinking skills
