Job Summary
Our client a fast-growing agribusiness with interests in premium organic food products and hospitality (resorts) is seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Lead to lead its commercial strategy and drive revenue growth.
Location: Ota (with significant time in Lagos sales office)
Salary: 400000 Net Performance-Based Commissions
Role Overview:
You will lead the sales and marketing strategy across both the companys agricultural products and resort offerings driving market expansion and revenue growth. The candidate will be working with the Lagos sales office while also visiting the Ota Office intermittetnyl for briefings and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for products
- Expand into modern trade distributor networks and franchise channels
- Drive revenue growth across both business lines
- Lead innovative sales and marketing initiatives
- Manage and optimize overall commercial performance
Requirements
- 35 years experience in FMCG sales/marketing
- Strong experience with distribution and market expansion
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Commercially driven with strong strategic thinking skills

Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Project Management or a relevant field 5-10 years of experience in Operations Management or Corporate Management in an agriculture or horticulture business Recent or current successful horticulture operations experience.
