GC Solar Cape Town is looking for a dynamic results-driven Branch Manager to take full ownership of our Cape Town operations. This is not just a management role it is a leadership opportunity to drive growth build high-performing teams and make a tangible impact on South Africas rapidly growing renewable energy sector.

What You Will Do
As Branch Manager you will be the heart of our Cape Town operations. Your day-to-day will include:
Leading Operations
Driving Sales
Strategic Planning & Reporting
Building & Mentoring Teams
Marketing & Events
Mastering ZOHO System
Requirements
Experience: 58 years of management experience with at least 3 years as a branch or general manager.
People Leadership: Proven ability to lead mentor and manage teams of 5 to 30 people (sales service warehouse logistics).
Sales Success: Track record of achieving monthly sales targets
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Management Engineering or related field. MBA is a plus.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
Solar / Renewable Energy experience if you know the industry you will hit the ground running.
Experience in electrical engineering energy storage or technical fields.
