Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions within the organization. This is a remote role; however the successful candidate must be based in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR strategy enhancing employee engagement and ensuring compliance with South African labour legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process
- Handle employee relations including disciplinary processes and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with South African labour laws and company policies
- Drive performance management including reviews and KPI tracking
- Implement training and development initiatives
- Oversee compensation benefits and payroll coordination
- Monitor employee engagement and retention strategies
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
- Provide guidance to leadership on HR best practices
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
510 years HR experience with at least 23 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation
Proven experience across recruitment employee relations and performance management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Benefits
Salary: R30 000 R40 000 CTC per month
Work Model: Fully Remote
