OFFICE ADMIN / PERSONAL ASSISTANT LUXURY GUEST FARM FRANSCHHOEK
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a highly organised proactive and detail-driven Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to join a prestigious luxury guest farm in the Franschhoek area. This is a fantastic opportunity to become the backbone of a dynamic back-of-house team within a refined hospitality environment.
Salary: R12000 R15000 (DOE)

ROLE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will support the smooth running of the office and provide administrative assistance to the Founders and Management team. This role requires someone who is highly organised reliable and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining clear and efficient systems in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Office and Administrative Support
Manage general office administration and reception duties including call screening
Maintain office organisation and cleanliness
Order and manage office supplies and stationery
Provide administrative support across hospitality farm and office teams
Assist Founders with personal admin including travel bookings errands and ad hoc requests
Deliveries and Operational Coordination
Receive and coordinate supplier deliveries
Communicate with gate security regarding visitor and supplier access
Assist with stock administration
Support Finance with fixed asset register updates
HR Health and Safety Support
Assist with Health and Safety administration and orders
Support HR with training schedules and personnel administration
Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
Financial Administration Support
Assist with supplier invoices and statements collection
Support supplier reconciliations
Assist with credit applications and company contracts
Maintain organised financial records
REQUIREMENTS
Strong administrative background (hospitality experience advantageous)
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
