This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional ready to take full accountability for internal factory administration and financial cost management.

Key Responsibilities

As the Administration Officer you will oversee crucial operational and financial functions within the plant. Your core duties will include:

• Financial Accountability: Taking full ownership and accountability for the factorys fixed costs and internal budget management.

• Operational Oversight: Managing and streamlining the plants stores warehouse operations and services department.

• Welfare and Administration: Directing the factorys welfare department and ensuring smooth internal factory administration services.

• Team Leadership: Supervising mentoring and managing an administrative and operational team to drive efficiency.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this role you must meet the following strict criteria:

• Education: A completed recognized Commerce Degree (BCom or equivalent).

• Experience: Proven experience in financial management cost control and successfully managing a team.

• Technical Skills: Strong hands-on working experience with SYSPRO ERP software is essential.

• Attributes: Exceptional analytical abilities strong leadership qualities and a highly organized approach to complex factory environments.
