Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven Pricing Manager to join our organisation in a senior capacity. They will work closely with technical commercial and executive stakeholders to ensure pricing decisions are both competitive and margin-protective.

Key Responsibilities
- Cost Modeling Design develop and maintain advanced cost models to support bid preparation contract pricing and ongoing project financial management.
- Financial Analysis Conduct thorough analysis of project economics profitability forecasts and cost-to-complete assessments to inform senior decision-making.
- Engineering Cost Structures Collaborate with technical teams to interpret and validate engineering cost drivers translating complex data into commercially actionable outputs.
- Contract Evaluation Assess the pricing implications of various contract types including fixed-price cost-plus and time-and-materials advising on risk allocation and commercial terms.
- Modeling & Reporting Build and maintain sophisticated Excel-based financial models scenario analyses and management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement Present pricing strategies cost analyses and commercial recommendations with authority and clarity to senior leadership and client-facing teams.
Skills and Competencies
- Advanced cost modelling: Proven ability to build and manage complex cost models across multi-disciplinary projects.
- Engineering cost structures: Strong understanding of how engineering decisions translate into cost and commercial exposure.
