Job Summary
This is a rare leadership opportunity for a dynamic Regional Property Management Professional to take ownership of a high-value property portfolio in Cape Town.
Youll step into a pivotal role responsible for shaping regional performance leading a talented team of property professionals and delivering exceptional service across a substantial and diverse portfolio.
With oversight of 60 buildings 1100 tenants and a portfolio valued at approximately R6 billion you will drive operational excellence strengthen key client partnerships and elevate the regions commercial performance.
This role is about more than management its about leadership growth and influence. Youll play a key part in enhancing market presence unlocking new opportunities and ensuring the region consistently delivers best-in-class property management outcomes.

Requirements
Were looking for a confident and commercially astute leader who thrives in a fast-paced property environment:
- 4 years experience in a senior property management role
- Proven track record managing large-scale portfolios and leading teams
- Relevant degree in Property Studies or similar field
- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC)
- Strong working knowledge of property management systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead influence and manage key stakeholders
- Commercially minded with a strong grasp of financial performance and operational metrics
