Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a polished and service-driven Lifestyle Manager to join a prestigious luxury lifestyle management company based in Johannesburg. Salary: R17 500 R25 000 (Dependent on Experience) Commission
Job Overview:
The Lifestyle Manager will provide high-level administrative and lifestyle support to senior management and the wider Lifestyle team while also acting as a key point of contact for members. The role requires strong organisational ability excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver seamless service in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Member Service & Lifestyle Support
Manage member requests via email telephone and CRM systems in line with agreed service level agreements
Deliver a high standard of personalised lifestyle management to members
Act as the first point of contact for the Johannesburg office ensuring all interactions reflect brand standards
Support members with requests from initiation through to successful completion
Assist in maintaining excellent service delivery and member satisfaction
Administrative & Operational Support
Provide administrative support to Senior Management and Lifestyle Managers
Extract and analyse data from CRM systems to support reporting and operational requirements
Ensure accuracy and upkeep of databases contacts and member information
Maintain compliance with internal procedures and data protection standards including PCI DSS requirements
Content Research & Communication
Support the Brand Relations Manager with research and preparation of newsletters and media summaries
Assist in maintaining up-to-date events listings and supplier/contact databases
Contribute to internal communications and operational updates
Events & Brand Representation
Attend and support company events when required
Assist with event execution and engage with attendees as a brand ambassador
Represent the company in a professional and polished manner at all times
General Responsibilities
Work collaboratively within a team while also managing tasks independently
Ensure high attention to detail across all areas of responsibility
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Maintain a calm and courteous approach under pressure
Experience Required:
Background in customer service guest relations personal assistance lifestyle management or similar
Experience working with executives senior executives or VIP clients advantageous
Exposure to luxury travel hospitality or service environments preferred
Strong understanding of high-end client expectations and service delivery standards
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages advantageous)
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to prioritise multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
Confident proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Strong IT and CRM system skills (including Microsoft Office and similar platforms)
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
High level of professionalism and polished presentation
Reliable with excellent timekeeping
Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
