We are currently seeking an experienced Forex Trainer to join a well-established regulated FX company based in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in Client Retention or Team Leadership looking to take ownership of training and developing high-performing sales teams.
Deliver structured onboarding training to new hires on a weekly basis
Conduct end-of-week assessments and performance evaluations
Coach trainees on: - Client objection handling
- Forex market fundamentals
- Client retention and upselling strategies
Monitor trainee progress and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
Develop confident target-driven retention and sales professionals
Requirements
Proven experience within the Forex / CFD industry
Background as a Retention Agent Team Leader or Retention Manager
Previous experience in training coaching or mentoring
Strong client-facing / sales experience (calls conversions retention)
Excellent communication presentation and leadership skills
