- Previous experience as a Retention Agent in a Forex / CFD company (must)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong sales negotiation and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs
- Ability to manage high-value clients
- Self-motivated and able to work remotely
