As a Field Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies managing client relationships and ensuring the team meets its sales targets. Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits cold calls and networking
- Generate leads through door-to-door visits market surveys and local business outreach
- Pitch and sell digital marketing services SEO SMO PPC Web Design Web Development and Content Marketing
- Conduct client meetings product demos and presentations independently
- Negotiate pricing close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
- Follow up consistently with leads and convert them into long-term clients
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- 3 years of experience in field sales preferably in the marketing or advertising industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Maintain daily call reports visit logs and sales pipeline in CRM
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management
- Track and achieve daily weekly and monthly KPIs
- Map territory plan daily visit routes and maximize field productivity
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
