Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist
Job Summary
An Inside Sales Specialist is required to engage with job seekers and guide them towards enhancing their career prospects through professional services such as Resume Writing LinkedIn Optimization and Lifetime Job Support Packages. The role focuses on understanding candidate needs and providing proper career consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls with job seekers and leads
- Explain services such as Resume Writing LinkedIn Profile Optimization and Job Support Packages
- Understand candidate background experience and career goals to suggest suitable services
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide continuous support
- Follow up on pending leads through calls WhatsApp and other communication channels
- Maintain daily call reports and lead status tracking
- Address candidate queries and handle objections professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams (resume writing/LinkedIn team) for service delivery
- Achieve daily weekly and monthly targets
Essential Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Counseling / Customer Support
- Experience in HR consultancy EdTech or service-based roles will be an added advantage
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle objections effectively
- Basic understanding of job market and career guidance
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (if any)
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in English Communications Human Resources or a related field. 0-1 years of experience in resume writing content creation or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
