EPC Project Manager

We are looking for an execution-driven EPC Project Manager to lead end-to-end rooftop solar

installations under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana. The role involves managing site execution vendor

coordination quality control and ensuring timely commissioning while complying with DISCOM and

MNRE guideline

Manage end-to-end execution of rooftop solar projects (residential focus under PM

Surya Ghar).

Plan and track daily installation schedules to meet monthly targets.

Coordinate with customers vendors installers and internal teams (sales design

logistics).

Ensure site readiness material availability and workforce allocation before installation.

Supervise installation quality safety standards and adherence to technical

specifications.

Handle DISCOM coordination including net metering approvals and inspections.

Monitor project timelines resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely commissioning.

Maintain accurate project documentation (site survey installation reports

commissioning reports).

Track project costs and minimize wastage delays and rework.

Build and manage a network of installers and contractors for scalable execution.

Number of installations completed per month

Installation TAT (order to commissioning time)

First-time-right installation quality (%)

Net metering approval turnaround time

Customer satisfaction score (CSAT)

Cost per installation vs target

Requirements

5 years of experience in solar EPC rooftop solar preferred

Strong understanding of solar systems inverters mounting structures and electrical

systems

Experience with DISCOM processes and net metering approvals

Proven ability to manage field teams and vendors

Strong project management and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle multiple sites simultaneously

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in government schemes (PM Surya Ghar / subsidies / MNRE processes)

Electrical engineering background (Diploma/)

Experience in high-volume residential installations
