Role Overview
The Learning & Development Coordinator will be responsible for designing managing and executing the complete onboarding and induction process for all new hires including Sales Operations Production Technical and Management roles.
The role ensures structured orientation plant exposure product training coordination documentation compliance and smooth integration of employees into the organization.
This is a process-driven coordination-intensive HR role.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
Induction Planning & Execution
- Plan and conduct structured induction programs (Day 1 to Day 7 model)
- Coordinate welcome sessions company overview vision & mission presentation
- Arrange senior management interaction sessions
- Ensure plant visits (Jhajjar) are scheduled and executed smoothly
- Maintain induction calendar for all new joiners
Training Coordination
- Coordinate product training sessions (FRP SMC GFRP Gypsum products)
- Coordinate with external trainers (Sales / Technical Consultants)
- Ensure completion of all training modules
- Track session attendance and training progress
- Collect feedback and performance inputs post-training
Design structured sales training programs for new and existing sales team members
Develop modules covering product knowledge application selling and project-based sales approach
Coordinate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and training needs
Design onboarding training roadmap for Sales Engineers and Business Development Managers
Develop evaluation tools to assess sales training effectiveness
Ensure periodic refresher training for regional sales teams
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure joining documentation is complete
- Maintain employee files and onboarding checklists
- Issue welcome kits ID cards and access credentials
- Coordinate IT admin and payroll setup
Performance Tracking
- Track probation goals
- Coordinate with reporting managers for feedback
- Maintain evaluation reports
- Assist in confirmation process documentation
Requirements
Skills Required
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication (Hindi & English mandatory)
- Good presentation skills
- Experience handling structured HR processes
- Proficient in MS Excel Word PowerPoint
- Ability to interact with senior management and plant teams
- Process-oriented mindset

- Total CTC: 700000 per annum
- Fixed Pay (monthly): 600000 per annum
- Deferred Pay: 100000
- 50000 payable after 6 months of continuous service
- 50000 payable after 1 year of continuous service

Required Education:
