Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their leasing needs and provide tailored solutions.
Business Development: Identify new leasing opportunities negotiate lease agreements and proactively pursue business development initiatives to expand our client base and market presence.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of leasing professionals providing guidance support and training to ensure optimal performance and adherence to leasing best practices.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends competitor activities and industry developments to inform leasing strategies pricing decisions and market positioning.
Lease Management: Oversee the end-to-end leasing process from prospecting and negotiations to lease execution and occupancy ensuring compliance with legal regulatory and company policies.
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in business administration or related field (Masters degree preferred).
Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in leasing management preferably in the real estate or warehousing industry with a track record of successfully negotiating and closing lease agreements.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends identify opportunities and develop effective leasing strategies to drive business growth.
Sound financial acumen with the ability to analyze leasing metrics interpret financial data and make data- driven decisions to optimize leasing performance.
