Key Responsibilities
Implementation & System Management: Leads the planning configuration deployment and ongoing maintenance of ERP applications (e.g. SAP B1 Oracle Sage).
Business Process Optimization: Assesses departmental needs to tailor the system driving automation and improving workflows across finance inventory and manufacturing modules.
Project Management: Oversees ERP-related projects ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
Support & Training: Develops training materials and provides end-user support troubleshooting system issues to ensure high adoption rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications
