ERP Manager oversees the implementation maintenance and optimization of an organizations Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software acting as the bridge between technical teams and business operations. They ensure data integrity manage system upgrades provide user training and align ERP functionality with business goals to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

System Maintenance & Strategy: Monitoring ERP performance implementing upgrades/patches and managing the system infrastructure.

Business Process Optimization: Analyzing workflows to customize the ERP system automating tasks and improving operational efficiency.

Implementation & Integration: Leading ERP implementation projects including migrating data and integrating with other systems like CRM or WMS.

Support & Training: Providing technical support troubleshooting user issues and developing training documentation.

Vendor & Security Management: Liaising with software vendors for support and ensuring data security protocols are followed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or Business Administration.

Experience: 37 years of experience with ERP software (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite Sage) and in-depth knowledge of business processes.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of database management SQL and system integration.

Soft Skills: Strong project management analytical and communication skills.
