Job Summary
Job Description Project Manager (Fire Projects)
Location: Indore & project sites (MP & nearby states)
Salary: Upto 35k (Negotiable as per experience)
Experience: 10 to 15 Years
Requirement: Urgent
Responsibilities:
1. Overall management of fire fighting projects (Hydrant Sprinkler Pump Room Fire Alarm & Piping works)
2. Handling multiple sites independently as Project Manager
3. Planning execution and monitoring of all site activities
4. Guiding Site Supervisors / Site In-Charge / Engineers for proper execution
5. Coordination with clients consultants architects and main contractors
6. Material planning billing follow-up and project progress monitoring
7. Ensuring work as per drawings BOQ specifications and safety standards
8. Managing manpower subcontractors and site resources
9. Daily / weekly progress review with office and management
10. Attending client meetings and resolving technical & site issues
11. Ensuring timely completion of projects within budget
12. Reporting directly to management / director
Eligibility:
Experience under Fire Fighting Contractor / Fire Protection Company (Mandatory)
Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Fire Engineering / Fire Safety
Strong knowledge of Fire Fighting Systems & site execution
Leadership experience handling multiple projects
Other Requirements:
Candidate must be from Indore or willing to relocate
Willing to work at Indore office & project sites
Must be capable of handling site team independently
Required Skills:
QA automation engineer software testing Trained to work on automation tools Playwright Cypres Tool from microsoft 1 to 2 years experience One year contract 35 to 45k
