Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Medical Writer to join our team (Clan-AP) . The successful candidate will support the team in preparing clear accurate and well-structured medical documents including medical safety documents. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with a background in life sciences or healthcare who wishes to build a career in medical writing. You will work closely with the Senior / Principal Medical Writer receiving regular guidance and mentorship as you develop your skills.
. Key Responsibilities
Document Preparation & Support
Assist in drafting and editing medical documents such as clinical summaries patient education materials and slide presentations under supervision.
Help maintain and update existing documents to reflect the latest guidelines or data.
Format and proofread documents to ensure consistency clarity and accuracy.
Organize and manage document files and version history.
Should be well versed with MedDRA terminology and basic regulatory guidelines applicable to medical writing tasks.
Research & Literature Support
Conduct basic literature searches using databases such as PubMed or Google Scholar.
Summarize and compile relevant research findings into clear concise notes for the team.
Assist in preparing reference lists and citations in required formats (e.g. APA Vancouver).
Collaboration & Communication
Work alongside the Senior Medical Writer and cross-functional teams including medical regulatory and clinical teams.
Participate in team meetings and take notes or action items as required.
Respond promptly to feedback and apply revisions in a timely manner.
Quality & Compliance
Follow established templates style guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure documents meet basic accuracy and compliance requirements under guidance.
Flag any discrepancies or unclear information to the supervising writer.
4. Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Pharmacy Biomedical Sciences or a related health/science field.
Relevant coursework or academic projects in biology pharmacology or clinical medicine is a plus.
Experience
0 to 1 year of experience in medical writing scientific writing or a closely related field.
Internship or academic project experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting is welcome.
No prior professional experience required recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Ensure proper pipeline management and sales forecasting. Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
