Job Summary
- Conduct regular field visits to physicians clinics hospitals and pharmacies to promote pharmaceutical products.
- Provide accurate up-to-date and compliant product information to healthcare professionals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the regional management.
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation of all field activities using CRM tools.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities market trends and customer feedback to the sales manager.
- Organize and participate in medical detailing sessions product training and promotional events.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines including the Drug and Cosmetics Act DPCO and company compliance policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and medical affairs teams to support product launches and awareness campaigns.
- Identify and nurture key opinion leaders (KOLs) and potential prescribers within the target healthcare community.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Medical Representative (MR)
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy () Medicine (MBBS) or Life Sciences (. in Biology Microbiology etc.).
- 25 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic areas including but not limited to internal medicine cardiology diabetes and neurology.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and data management.
- Valid driving license and reliable personal transportation for field coverage.
- Ability to work independently manage time effectively and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and ethical sales practices in the pharma sector.
Required Skills:
Requirements CA with 20 years of experience in manufacturing finance (Pharmaceuticals mandatory). Proven expertise in multi-location financial management and compliance. Strong leadership analytical and stakeholder-management capabilities. High integrity strategic mindset and the ability to influence business outcomes. Mandatory: Female candidates aged 5053 years.
