Job Summary
Job Title: Aluminum Workshop Foreman
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily aluminum workshop operations and manage assigned team members
Supervise fabrication assembly and finishing activities to meet production targets
Ensure consistent quality and adherence to technical drawings and work standards
Conduct accurate measurements and monitor technical accuracy of work
Coordinate workflow and allocate tasks to workers effectively
Maintain a clean organized and safe workshop environment
Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage and lead workshop teams effectively
- Strong leadership personality with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Arabic (advanced)
- Basic to intermediate English communication skills
- Strong understanding of aluminum fabrication processes
- Age:under 40 years
Required Skills:
Experience Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in diesel generator maintenance and servicing Technical Skills Strong experience in fault diagnosis using multimeters insulation testers and other testing equipment Ability to read and interpret technical manuals wiring diagrams and electrical schematics Good understanding of voltage current frequency power factor and basic electrical calculations Knowledge of load testing procedures and generator performance parameters Safety & Certification Certified or trained in LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures Strong commitment to workplace safety standards Education ITI in Generator Mechanic Diesel Mechanic Electrical or Mechanical trade or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field Religion: Only Muslim and Christian candidates are eligible to apply.
