Job Summary

Supervise and manage drilling and TAM grouting operations at site
Execute consolidation grouting works as per project specifications
Coordinate with site engineers and operators for smooth execution
Ensure proper alignment depth and quality of drilling activities
Monitor grouting pressure flow and material usage
Handle manpower allocation and daily site activities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols
Maintain daily progress reports and coordinate with the execution team

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in drilling and grouting works
Strong hands-on experience in:

TAM Grouting
Consolidation Grouting
Drilling operations (ROC / hydraulic rigs)

Ability to manage site labor and operators effectively
Good understanding of site safety and quality standards
Willingness to work in dam project / remote site locations
Immediate joiners will be given preference

Required Skills:
