Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the project site.

Manage and guide site workers subcontractors and skilled labor teams.

Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings specifications and project schedules.

Monitor shuttering reinforcement concreting masonry finishing and other civil works.

Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed on site.

Coordinate with Site Engineers Project Managers and vendors for smooth project execution.

Track material consumption and raise requirements for site activities.

Maintain daily progress records and report work status to the management team.
-
Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Ensure proper utilization of manpower machinery and resources.
