P2P Analyst (SAP)
Dynamic opportunity in the mining sector for a P2P and accounts payable specialist to enhance end-user experience within a global environment. Based in Montréal with a hybrid setup this role leverages SAP ServiceNow and stakeholder collaboration to optimize processes and service delivery across regions.
What is in it for you:
Salaried: $38-40 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate: $40-44 per hour.
12-month contract.
Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
On-site presence required a minimum of 4 days per week.
Flexibility to support multiple time zones.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable inquiries through a ticketing platform while meeting established service level agreements.
Handle invoice processing and posting activities within SAP.
Ensure compliance with all accounts payable policies and procedures.
Manage vendor-related inquiries expense reports and payment requests.
Communicate effectively with end users to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct root cause analysis on issues and propose sustainable process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance end-to-end P2P processes.
Manage escalations and resolve issues efficiently while minimizing impact.
Track performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Respond to inbound inquiries via helpdesk and ensure timely and accurate resolution.
Act as a primary point of contact for all P2P-related queries.
What you will need to succeed:
Degree in accounting finance or a related field.
Relevant certifications in finance or ERP systems are considered an asset.
2-4 years of experience in accounts payable including invoice processing payments and reconciliations.
Experience working with SAP and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
Background in customer experience or end-user support roles.
Strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual in English and French to support internal stakeholders and vendors across Canada ensuring effective communication accurate issue resolution and consistent service delivery.
Spanish language skills are considered a bonus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to recommend solutions.
Strong analytical skills and structured approach to work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to collaborate across global teams and adapt to different time zones.
