Position Overview:

As part of the talented marketing team we are seeking aRegional Marketing Activation Specialistfor ourCorporateNortheast Clubs (Connecticut/Long Island and Rhode Island)with a passion for boating and a drive to bring the Freedom Boat Club brand to life inthis this role you will collaborate closely with the regional brand leadership team to implement key marketing strategies and support the accelerated growth of Freedom Boat Clubof Connecticut Rhode Islandand Long Island. As the local subject matter expert (SME) you will lead the activation of promotions eventsand marketing initiatives across clubs in your area ensuring consistent execution and role requires a savvygo-gettermindset that is comfortable both engaging with customers onsite at weekend and evening events and working remotely behind the screen on digital activations. No week will be the same.

Essential Functions:

  • Promotion Activation & Content Creation:Develop launchpresent and manage monthly regional promotions across email text and miscellaneouscampaigns.

  • Local Marketing & Sales Support:Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for localmarketing activations in assigned regionsguidingthe sales creating and distributing sales promotion materials including POS collateral to support sales efforts.

  • Event Planning Execution & Coordination:Lead the planningcoordinationand execution of local eventsof varyingscale(e.g. boat shows sales events memberappreciation events). Coordinate communications with event stakeholders team members and brand leadership to ensure alignment and at most events isrequired.

  • Event Tracking & Performance:Monitor and evaluate event performancemaintaina calendar of upcoming opportunities andidentifyactivation needs. Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data.

  • Stakeholder & Brand Communications:Prepare andpresent all activation-relatedcommunications to stakeholders team members and leadership. Develop playbooks to document processes for knowledge transfer and consistent success across regions. Lead regionalteam meetings and support strategic planning a strong working partnership with the regional General Manager in addition to your direct Marketing Manager.

  • Social Media Management:Develop content for the three regional social media pages (Connecticut Long Island Rhode Island) with guidance from theSocial Mediaand Content Manager.

  • Email Campaigns:Support the creation and distribution of club and member communications event invites promotions and newsletters.

  • Marketing Collateral & Compliance:Assist in the development of marketing materialsranging from digital assets to printensuring alignment with brand guidelines and promotionalobjectives.

  • Invoice Management:Review approve and track marketing invoices within your region ensuring proper documentation and adherence to budget.

  • Ad-hoc Marketing Support:Provide support foradditionalmarketing initiatives and projects as needed. Propose innovative ideas to test and explore new opportunities for business growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or business or relevant experience

  • 2-4years of relevant marketing experience

  • Strong writing storytellingand editing capabilities

  • Strong communicationand interpersonalskills

  • Customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to workcross-functionally

  • Experience coordinating events and multiple stakeholders

  • Requires schedule flexibility including evenings and weekends throughout the year with a strong focus during peak season to support activations and member engagements.

  • Ability to be hands-on and work in a dynamic entrepreneurialdeadline-drivenenvironment

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once last-minute requests and quick turnaround with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Growth mindset with a desire to grow within the organization

  • Experience bringing products to market for industry-leading brands and portfolio brands

  • Proven experience planning and executing events from concept to completion includinglogistics vendor coordination and on-site management.

  • Experience in both agency and corporate environments is a plus

  • Experience working in a matrix environment is a plus

Working Conditions:

  • This isa remoteposition that requires using a computer phoneand other electronic applications

  • Occasionalwork outdoors and in various weather conditions during events

  • Work near and on the water during events

  • Willingness to travel up to40%

  • Must have reliable transportation for commuting to and from events as well as for transporting event supplies and materials

The anticipated pay range for this position is $58700.00 - $92700.00 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills relevant experience business needs and geographic addition to base pay this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

At Brunswick it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidates qualifications and the business context.
