Job Summary
Cedar Park Med is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time openings with all shifts available. This opportunity is ideal for an LPN who is comfortable providing hands-on resident care supporting clinical workflows and working closely with nurses providers residents and families in a structured care environment.

Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or recent graduate eligible to begin practice
- Experience in long-term care rehab or nursing home settings is helpful but training may be available for the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Provide routine nursing care based on resident needs and care plans
- Obtain and document vital signs and observe changes in resident condition
- Review medical records and support accurate charting
- Assist physicians and registered nurses with resident care and clinical tasks
- Administer medications injections and other ordered treatments
- Support wound care and resident comfort measures
- Perform basic diagnostic and specimen-related tasks as needed
- Communicate clearly with residents families and the healthcare team
