Job Summary

15 Month Fixed Term Contract

ATCO Gas is looking for a detail driven Commercial Billing & Operations Officer to join us on a 15-month fixed term contract supporting the accurate management of commercial and billing information across our gas network systems.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with data systems and stakeholders to keep things running smoothly and accurately in a regulated environment.

About the role

Youll play a key part in maintaining the integrity of commercial information within the metering and billing system (NMIS) ensuring compliance with regulation and haulage agreements and supporting accurate billing revenue and reporting processes.

What youll be doing

Manage and maintain commercial data within NMIS ensure accuracy in metering data and tariff configurations
Deliver billing invoicing and revenuesupport activities with a strong focus on timeliness and data accuracy
Investigate data anomalies perform analysis and recommend practical resolution improvements
Support system integration and change activities across NMIS SAP GIS including UAT and performance reporting
Liaise with gas retailers auditors and internal stakeholders while contributing to process and system improvements

What youll bring

Experience in the energy sector (retail/utility experience highly regarded) with strong systems capability including MS Office and exposure to metering and billing systems SAP and GIS
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Confident communicator with a customerfocused approach and strong stakeholder engagement skills
Highly organised collaborative and able to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
