With 50 clients across medtech fintech defence agritech biotech real estate engineering and more they bring a unique "Blueprint First" methodology deep business research and strategic planning before any creative work begins. They work with companies that take their brand and market positioning seriously.
The company is now expanding into Vietnam targeting Vietnamese companies that are growing internationally and need world-class branding and digital presence to compete on the global stage.
The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to be the first team member on the ground in Vietnam. This is a founding role you will be responsible for building the companys presence pipeline and client relationships in the Vietnamese market from scratch. Youll work remotely with direct access to the co-founders internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Identify research and map Vietnamese companies that fit the ideal client profile tech companies manufacturers exporters and other B2B companies expanding into international markets
Conduct outreach and build relationships with decision-makers (CEOs CMOs Marketing Directors) at target companies
Lead discovery calls and initial meetings in Vietnamese and English understanding client needs and presenting the companys services
Build and manage a sales pipeline from initial contact through to signed agreements
Provide ongoing market intelligence pricing expectations competitor landscape cultural insights and business norms in Vietnam
Coordinate between Vietnamese clients and the international team throughout the sales process
Represent the company at local networking events tech meetups and business communities in HCMC
Contribute to localizing sales materials proposals and messaging for the Vietnamese market
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
Native Vietnamese speaker with professional-level English (written and spoken)
Experience in B2B sales business development or partnership management
Familiarity with Vietnams business landscape understanding of which companies are growing expanding internationally and investing in their brand
Comfortable with outbound sales: cold outreach LinkedIn prospecting networking and relationship building
Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous remote environment with minimal supervision
Understanding of (or genuine interest in) branding web design digital marketing or creative services
Experience working with international companies or clients is a strong advantage
Based in or near Ho Chi Minh City

Monthly Base USD $1000 gross per month
Performance Bonus Per-deal bonus for each closed client (details to be discussed)

Required Skills:
Requirements: 5 years of experience in B2B sales lead generation and building client relationships preferably within digital branding & website development business solutions or professional services industry. Highly proactive driven and eager to succeed in sales. Proficiency in English Strong communication (verbal and written) proactive and customer-focused mindset Ability to work independently with excellent organizational and time management skills. Eagerness to learn and grow within the company. Prior experience with a competing company is an advantage.
