Provide cross-channel Marketing Analytics & Reporting support across the organization as well as supporting corporate projects and initiatives. Responsible for providing intelligence and insight on business performance as well as analyze and report on sales-in-process metrics to assist in managing Marketing performance and productivity. Each month build presentations for key stakeholders to communicate analyses and findings.
Provide regular updates on KPIs across different stakeholders.
As our Marketing Analyst you will:
Define measure and clearly communicate core operational sales metrics.
Own a basket of key reports for designated Sales and Marketing channels and GTM categories.
Lead development of dashboards reports and presentations to communicate results and KPIs.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and industry research to gain deeper understanding of sales drivers.
Spearhead efforts by developing framework and reporting on performance management for sales reps.
Analyze territorial performance to identify critical predictors of growth and identify trends.
Analyze and report on customer buying behavior and experience.
Build templates that facilitate the planning/territory configuration process and summarize key insights into business dynamics.
Develop framework of measurable elements to incorporate into Marketing Programs.
Develop KPIs and framework of measurable elements to incorporate into GTM KPI dashboards.
Provide regular updates on KPIs such as activity metrics performance to plan and funnel creation/conversion.
Build custom reports for data not easily accessible to business: BI SQL queries multiple sources of data etc.
Identify opportunities to improve system productivity in Marketing and reporting & Analytics to generate requirements for system changes.
Qualifications:
Post-Secondary Degree (BA in Economics Finance or Business OR BSc in Engineering Computer Science Statistics or Mathematics)
1-3 years experience working with advanced analytics platforms (eg. BI/SAP/ SQL/Data Lake)
5 years of experience in sales strategy business analytics or business operations
Strong analytical problem-solving skills with sound business judgement
Advanced proficiency with MS Excel Power BI MS Access and MS PowerPoint
Experience working with field sales teams and understanding the selling process an asset.
Exceptional reporting and analytical skills with ability to translate sales insights into action plans with sound business judgement.
Experience working with CRM or Territory Account Management platforms/processes.
Strong communication skills with ability to influence others.
Ability to work in fast-paced changing environment with competing priorities.
Expert level experience working within cross functional teams and gaining buy-in from various stakeholders.
Strong time management attention to detail and organizational skills
