About the Role
A growing health and wellness business is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join their team on a part-time remote basis. This is a dynamic all-in-one role supporting both the day-to-day administrative needs of the business and its growth and marketing objectives. You will work directly with the business owner and play a key role in driving client bookings managing communications and keeping operations running smoothly.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales
Respond to and engage with Instagram DMs from potential clients
Proactively engage with local community accounts to increase brand visibility
Nurture inbound leads and follow up consistently to convert inquiries into bookings
Track lead activity and maintain an organized pipeline
Marketing & Content
Manage and send MailChimp email campaigns including promotional and reactivation sequences
Set up and maintain ManyChat automation flows for lead capture and engagement
Schedule and publish social media content using provided materials from the business owner
Create and edit graphics and promotional materials using Canva
Administration & Operations
Manage client bookings and appointment coordination
Handle general inbox and communication management on behalf of the owner
Assist with basic accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Maintain organized digital records and support day-to-day business operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in a virtual assistant executive assistant or similar remote support role
Strong written English communication skills with a professional yet personable tone
Experience with social media management particularly Instagram engagement and DM handling
Hands-on experience with MailChimp or similar email marketing platforms
Familiarity with Canva for content creation and design
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the health wellness fitness or allied health industry
Working knowledge of MindBody or Cliniko practice management software
Familiarity with ManyChat or other chatbot/automation tools
Experience with GoHighLevel or Zapier for workflow automation
Background in lead nurturing client sales or business development
