Job Summary
Setup and Location: Onsite WFH
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM AEST 7:00 AM 4:00 PM PHT

We are seeking an Architectural Designer/BD to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine architectural concept designs that align with project objectives and client expectations.
- Lead project coordination documentation and liaise with councils.
- Guide and oversee architectural drawings and documentation for DA CC and CDC ensuring compliance while mentoring junior staƯ.
- Work with consultants to ensure compliance with planning regulations and site constraints.
- Ensure compliance with NSW planning laws and building codes. Collaborate with the construction team to maintain design intent.
- Develop architectural concept designs (by Architect) into architectural drawings in Revit.
- Able to provide architectural documentation for DA CC and CDC ensuring compliance with mentoring by Architect.
- Able to use Escape when drawing Revit Model.
Requirements
What You Bring

- Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of NSW planning regulations (training provided).
- Proficiency in Revit and Enscape.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
