Job Summary
The Logistics Coordinator manages the day-to-day movement of shipments across the organization network. The role ensures that every shipment is properly validated routed compliant handed over correctly to carrier partners and successfully placed in transit.
You will coordinate exports imports cargo carrier pickups warehouse handling and operational documentation to ensure smooth logistics execution.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and assign shipments to the appropriate carriers based on destination service type and timelines
Coordinate export and import operations to ensure smooth cross-border movement
Review and validate shipment details to ensure compliance with customs and carrier regulations
Supervise warehouse handling including packaging labeling and sorting of shipments
Manage daily pickup and drop-off schedules with carriers and delivery drivers
Maintain accurate shipment documentation and ensure proper record-keeping
Liaise with finance and carrier partners to confirm payments and avoid dispatch delays
Oversee cargo consolidation documentation and tracking of shipments in transit

Requirements
2 - 3 years logistics or operations coordination experience.
Strong understanding of international shipping processes.
Experience working with multiple carriers.
Cargo consolidation experience.
Operations dashboard or logistics software experience.
High attention to detail.
Strong organizational ability.
Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Freight forwarding experience.
Customs clearance exposure.
