Sproxil is seeking ambitious and driven Graduate Sales Account Officers to support business growth across high-impact sectors such as agriculture agrochemicals and export commodities. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with strong commercial instincts and an interest in technology-driven solutions for supply chain transparency and product authentication.
The successful candidates will play a key role in identifying opportunities engaging clients and supporting the adoption of Sproxils digital solutions including GS1 EPCIS standards across industries with critical traceability and compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within agriculture agrochemicals and export-driven sectors
Support client acquisition efforts by conducting outreach presentations and product demonstrations
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Assist in managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs
Monitor industry trends regulatory developments (e.g. EUDR) and competitor activities
Provide regular sales reports and performance updates
Target Sectors / Industry Focus
Agriculture & Export Commodities: Supporting compliance with international regulations such as EUDR through traceability solutions
Agrochemicals & Seeds: Promoting product authentication to combat counterfeit inputs
Subsidized Agricultural Inputs: Enabling tracking systems to reduce diversion and improve distribution efficiency
Other Export-Driven Industries: Including critical minerals and sectors requiring robust supply chain visibility
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Agriculture Economics or related field
02 years of experience (NYSC candidates or recent graduates encouraged to apply)
Strong interest in sales business development and technology solutions
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge or exposure to agriculture logistics or export markets is an added advantage
Knowledge or exposure to FMCG is an added advantage
